Cancellation Policy
Deposits:
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations/Reschedules:
- Must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Late Arrivals:
- A $20 late fee applies after 15 minutes; arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be marked and charged as a no-show.
Same-Day & No-Shows:
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
All balances must be cleared before rebooking.
